The legendary Kino FCBD is back with a vengeance this year – time to get decked out, strapped in, and ready for another epic ride of intergalactic proportions… On Saturday May 6th we’ll be celebrating Free Comic Book Day by giving away FREE COMICS, 20% OFF* all graphic novels & manga for Kino Card Members (10% OFF** for non-members), and getting together a day of fantastic happenings with amazing giveaways & prizes to be won!

FREE COMIC BOOK QUEUE – ADVANCED RESERVATIONS

Once again, we’ll be giving away not one, but TWO Kino FCBD showbags absolutely FREE, no purchase necessary!

This year, we want to make Kino FCBD a better experience for all, so we’ll be opening our doors extra early from 8am and taking advance RSVPs for the Free Comic Book queues. This means less waiting and queueing time for everyone – woohoo!

RSVPs open from Thursday 13th April (12.00am AEST) and close Monday 24th April (9.00am AEST).

If you were not able to submit your RSVP, please see our staff in store at the Wristband Information Counter during the day on Kino FCBD Saturday 6th May for queue availabilities. We will accommodate you as best we can, should there be any remaining availabilities in the queues.

Free Comic Counter #1 will also be open on the day for public queueing from 2.00pm onwards (quantity of available showbags and stock not guaranteed). Free Comic Counter #2 will NOT open for public queueing.

• Choose your preferred timeslot from the above times for you and up to 3 friends for either Free Comic Counter #1 OR Free Comic Counter #2. (Note: we will update availabilities here as much as possible, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times)
• Email your RSVP to us, with your preferred timeslot, with FULL NAMES for yourself and up to 3 friends. Please use the name of the Counter you would like to queue for in the title of your email (e.g. ‘RSVP – Free Comic Counter #1′). We will only accept RSVPs from 13th April – 19th April.
• Each person will only be permitted ONE RSVP per person.
• We will email you to confirm your preferred timeslot if it is available, or otherwise allocate you the closest available timeslot.
• You will be allocated a wristband according to your timeslot, which you MUST pick up in store prior to the day – we will let you know when. This wristband MUST be presented on the day along with identification or you will NOT be permitted to join the queue during your reserved timeslot.
• If no reserved timeslots are available and RSVPs are exhausted, you may join the Free Comic Counter #1 queue when it is open for public queueing from 2pm. (Free Comic Counter #2 will NOT open for public queueing)
