Two Steps Forward: Author talk with Graeme Simsion & Anne Buist

Graeme Simsion and Anne Buist join us in store to talk about their new novel, Two Steps Forward!

This romantic comedy about Zoe, a recently widowed American artist and Martin, a recently divorced British engineer, walking the 2,000 kilometre Camino de Santiago is full of tribulations and triumphs. Looking to make a new start, each sets out alone to walk from France to Northern Spain in the footsteps of pilgrims who have walked the Way for centuries. It’s said the Camino changes you but will Zoe and Martin find new versions of themselves—and is there a chance these two very different people will find each other?

Two Steps Forward is the feelgood novel of the year from newly formed, husband-and-wife writing team, Graeme Simsion author of The Rosie Project and Anne Buist, author of the Natalie King psychological thrillers. The authors have themselves walked the Camino and their shared adventures and their writing life together are fascinating. Film rights to this novel have already been snapped up by Ellen de Generes for her first foray into movie production.

6.30pm arrivals for 7.00pm start.
